Regolamento della Casa
Il check-In si effettua dalle ore 14.00 alle ore 16.00; qualora l'appartamento sia disponibile prima saremo lieti di anticiparne l’orario.
Si prega, comunque, di contattare la struttura per comunicare l’orario di arrivo previsto. Il check-Out si effettua entro le ore 12.00; qualora sia possibile saremo lieti di posticiparlo
La struttura è tenuta a registrare i propri Ospiti e ad inviare copia della registrazione al Dipartimento di Polizia (dati trattati negli obblighi della normativa di legge; a tale scopo sarà richiesto a tutti gli Ospiti di esibire un valido documento di identità.
Per motivi di pubblica sicurezza non è consentito agli ospiti di far accedere all’interno della struttura persone estranee e non registrate. I bambini devono essere sempre accompagnati e sorvegliati da persona adulta. Gli spazi comuni sono video sorvegliati, nel rispetto dei principi, regole e obblighi previsti dal Provvedimento generale 28 Aprile 2010 del Garante della Privacy.
Gli Ospiti sono gentilmente pregati di liberare le camere entro le h 12.00, per consentire la pulizia delle camere; oltre tale orario non sarà assicurata la pulizia.
La biancheria della stanza e del bagno viene fornita all'arrivo dell'ospite, in caso di smarrimento è prevista una penale di 30€.
Si prega di assicurarsi che la porta d’ingresso della struttura sia ben chiusa sia in entrata che in uscita.
L’introduzione e/o l’uso nella struttura e nelle camere di oggetti pericolosi, bombolette a gas, liquidi infiammabili, fornelli elettrici, ferro da stiro, apparecchi a fiamma libera etc. è severamente vietato.
È severamente vietato fumare nelle camere ed in tutte le aree comuni .
Vi preghiamo di non effettuare alcuno spostamento, nelle camere o nelle aree comuni, di mobili o suppellettili, né di interferire o manipolare cavi e dispositivi elettrici.
Vi invitiamo, per evitare inutili consumi, di accertarvi quando lasciate la stanza di aver chiuso i rubinetti, spento le luci e l’aria condizionata.
Per un uso corretto dell’aria condizionata, Vi preghiamo di chiudere finestre e balconi durante il suo funzionamento
L’acqua è potabile in tutta la struttura
. La connessione Internet WI-FI è gratuita.
Gli animali non sono ammessi.
La Direzione si riserva il diritto di poter chiedere ai propri Ospiti il risarcimento per eventuali danneggiamenti e/o perdite comunque causate all’immobile in maniera dolosa e/o colposa.
Con l’inizio del soggiorno si accetta tacitamente tale regolamento.
L’inosservanza dello stesso comporterà l’immediato allontanamento dalla struttura, senza alcun diritto di rimborso, e con l’addebito dell’intero importo del soggiorno, nonché delle spese per il ripristino del danno causato a persone o cose ospitate nel fabbricato.

The common areas are under video surveillance, in compliance with the principles, rules and obligations provided for by the General Provision of 28 April 2010 of the Privacy Guarantor.
Guests are kindly requested to vacate the rooms by 12.00, to allow the rooms to be cleaned; after this time, cleaning will not be ensured.
The linen of the room and the bathroom is provided upon arrival of the guest, in case of loss there is a penalty of 30 €.
Please make sure that the entrance door of the structure is well closed both at the entrance and at the exit.
The introduction and / or use in the structure and in the rooms of dangerous objects, gas canisters, flammable liquids, electric stoves, iron, open flame appliances etc. it is strictly forbidden.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms and in all common areas.
Please do not move any furniture or furnishings in the rooms or common areas, or interfere with or manipulate cables and electrical devices.
To avoid unnecessary consumption, we invite you to make sure when you leave the room that you have turned off the taps, turned off the lights and the air conditioning.

The WI-FI Internet connection is free.
Pets are not allowed.
The Management reserves the right to be able to ask its Guests for compensation for any damage and / or loss caused to the property in a malicious and / or negligent manner. With the beginning of the stay, this regulation is tacitly accepted.
Failure to comply with the same will result in immediate removal from the structure, without any right of reimbursement, and with the charge of the entire amount of the stay, as well as the costs for restoring the damage caused to people or things housed in the building
